Natural, Safe Cleaning Solutions
Seeking an alternative to harmful industrial cleaner, Palladium along with its research arm, looked into the production of plant nutrients and water-based bio-surfactants. In their bid to produce safer and more effective cleaning solutions, they have prioritised biotech research and development, and thus their hallmark product, the MBK HDC-100, was formulated. It is derived from plants that are indigenous to the Asian continent. This makes it an effective degreasing solution that is environmentally-friendly, safe, pH neutral, non-combustible and non-flammable.
Adhering to standards set by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, MBK HDC 100 benefits the industry by replacing the use of toxic solvents and harsh chemicals, thus creating a safe workspace for workers to perform their duties. The MBK HDC 100 has been validated by the standards of SIRIM, ASTM, MPOB and the OECD to be safe on human skin contact, marine life exposure, no flash point, no combustibility and readily biodegradable.
Better Alternative to Industrial Floor Cleaners
In one case study, the MBK HDC 100 was used in place of kerosene and industrial strength floor cleaners that remove grease and oil from surfaces at a reputable tractor and heavy machinery workshop. The product performed amazingly, cleaning and drying any grease and contaminants in mere minutes without leaving slippery residues. On top of removing work hazards, it eliminates the health risk of kerosene usage and cleans surfaces without damaging it. Driving this point further, the MBK HDC 100 has the upper hand compared to industrial cleaners as it is able to remove grime and rust from components and tool parts with less than two hours pre-soak, needing only soft brushing to remove the carbon deposits on tools and part components.
