Epsilon Medical Devices (EMD) was established in 2007 and is a prominent manufacturer of quality disposable medical devices and components based in Malaysia. The company provides one-stop OEM solutions for well-known medical clients around the world.
Its services include product development, tool fabrication, validation & qualification, mass production, secondary process, assembly and logistic solutions.
EMD’s main products are high-quality medical grade plastic devices manufactured by injection moulding, extrusion and dip forming.
The company also produces its own products and is currently applying CE marking for coated catheters and have FDA registration established for its premises.
Some of the companies’ products include coated catheter, laryngoscope blade, Surgical 3 ply face mask 98% BFE and nasal cannula.

Contract Manufacturing & OEM
The company is equipped with cutting edge machinery and facilities for a large variety of manufacturing processes. It possesses multiple injection machines with robotic arms, dip forming machines, form fill seal packaging machines and blown film extrusion machines for efficient and reliable large-scale manufacturing.
EMD’s products are assembled in the control room and Class 100,000 clean rooms, which are regularly maintained to ensure quality.
Every customer has different needs, so its machines are able to customise the product to suit their requirements with precision.
EMD also provides assembly and logistic solutions to make sure that the final product is received at the desired location and are complete and ready to use.

EMD’s Research and Development team can assist OEM clients in designing their product – right from conceptualisation through prototyping to full-scale production.
